About contest


The Pantaenius Yacht Photo contest is open to anyone who is passionate about marine photography. You can submit a photo that is related to yachts and motor or sailing boats (including jet skis) where elements of a yacht or yacht infrastructure are visible. Please read terms and rules of the contest!  

Do not submit photographs of water, landscapes, animals and people without visible elements directly related to yachts. They will be rejected. Photographs of vessels other than yachts, motor yachts (including jet skis) will also be rejected.

All you need to do is go to the application form and submit a photo taken between January 1 and December 31, 2023

You can submit up to 2 photos, each not larger than 10MB.


Important dates:

December 15, 2023 - January 31, 2024 - submission stage

February 1, 2024 - February 16, 2024 - voting for the the Audience Award on our page with gallery.

February 29, 2024 - announcement of the winners of the Pantaenius Yacht Photo contest on Facebook - follow us for more details!

In our contest we have the Audience Award and everyone has a vote. You can vote too!

After the application part is over, from February 1, 2024 from 12:00 AM to February 16, 2024 to 12:00 AM, you can vote for the selected photo on our page with gallery.

The number of votes will be visible by each photo.



On February 29th we will announce the winners in broadcast on Facebook.

The jury will select and award the best photos. This year, the jury consists of:

Bartosz Modelski - professional photographer and sailor. He works, among others, for the Admiral Boats, Delphia and Galeon shipyards, but also photographs fashion - e.g. for the Reserved brand. You can follow the photographer's sailing frames on the Sail Spotting fanpage.

Robert Hajduk - a professional photographer who specializes in water sports photography. For several years, the main photographer of various regattas, as well as the 29er class. He was also the official photographer of Sopot Match Race and Energa Sailing. More at

Capt. Maciej Biechowski - the founder of the sailing school Jachting Academy (Poland) and the editor-in-chief of the Jachting magazine. More at and

Waldemar Heflich - sailing commentator, journalist of the sailing portal "Nowe Żagle".

Krzysztof Olejnik - editor-in-chief of the magazine "Wiatr". A passionate sailor, a journalist by profession. Former columnist for "Gazeta Wyborcza", "Wprost" and "Newsweek". Since 2010, he regularly publishes the magazine "Wiatr" - the first free monthly about water sports. In each issue of this title, the editorial office publishes over 100 photos illustrating news and articles. More:
